Sandblasting:

Sandblasting uses compressed air to clean, remove rough edging and prepares a surface to be Powder Coated. Sandblasting gives metal a fine texture that greatly aids in the Powder Coating process for a long lasting finish.

Sandblasting is also used to carve designs or words into glass, wood and plastics. Three dimensional signs are made using Sandblasting. Wood, car frames, car bodies and even buildings are refurbished with Sandblasting.

Powder Coating:

Powder Coating is a dry type of coating that differs from conventional liquid paint that does not need a solvent to bind to a prepared surface. Powder Coating is electro-statically discharged from a spray gun. The sprayed item is then cured in a 400 degree oven that helps to create its attractive high quality, uniform, and durable finish.

Powder Coating is an environmentally friendly process unlike solvent-based wet paints. Powder Coating resists cracking and peeling and is extremely abrasion, corrosion, chemically and environmentally resistant. Powder Coating is commonly used on Rims, engine parts, bike/motorcycle frames, patio furniture (metal), security doors, hand rails, garden tools, roll bars, lumber racks and iron fencing.
